Please take time to read and understand the terms and conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us. We strongly recommend that you also read the essential trip information to ensure that you understand the itinerary, style and physical demands of the undertaking activities.

“Quad Bike Nepal” reserve all rights to cancel the ride or postpone at any time.
The management team of Quad Bike Nepal shall under no circumstances be held liable for any accidents, injury, damage or loss of property.
Every individual rider is deemed to have understood all instructions and notices included in the agreement and is believed to be signed thoroughly which confirms the terms and condition provided.
Penalty and punishment are liable in case of misbehavior and not following the expert.
Quad Bike Nepal entertains only online and transparent payment generated by system.

Criteria

Age:16+ for rider
No Tandem Ride

Discount Policy:

6-10 person	05% discount on normal price.
11-15 person	10% discount on normal price.
16-20 person	15% discount on normal price.
21-25 person	20% discount on normal price.
26 and above	25% discount on normal price.

Cancellation Policy

Quad Bike Nepal reserves all the rights to cancellation and amendment of any tour rescheduling and refunding partial or full shall be decided with the suggestion from local authority and company directives. Refund amount will be availed not prior to one week.

No Refund Policy

Unconditional cancellation or notice given within 24 hrs.
No show.
Under Intoxication.
Not meeting the standard criteria provided.
